The Blue Mountains is Sydney's backyard, beginning just one hour from the city's hotels. The region covers approximately 11,400 km² and includes 27 towns with a population of around 80,000, including the town where I live. By comparison, Greater Sydney covers about 12,500 km² and is home to 5.5 million people. The Blue Mountains has over 1,000 km of walking tracks and was first crossed by European settlers in 1813.
After booking with us, we'll have a brief chat about your group's interests, fitness levels and priorities so we can tailor the itinerary to create the best possible experience.
We have been operating Blue Mountains tours for over 10 years, along with a range of other tours throughout Greater Sydney. Our fleet includes modern minibuses and luxury coaches to suit groups of all sizes.
We'll generally collect your group from your hotel or cruise ship between 7:00 am and 8:00 am, depending on your preferred start time. You'll return to Sydney with plenty of time to freshen up before your evening dinner plans.
Your itinerary can include guided nature walks, waterfalls, spectacular lookouts and opportunities to see iconic Australian wildlife such as kangaroos, koalas, dingoes and emus. We can also include Scenic World and its famous cable cars. For lunch, you may choose to dine with breathtaking views over the Blue Mountains or enjoy free time in the charming village of Leura, which offers a wide variety of cafés and restaurants.
The listed price is for private groups of up to 12 guests travelling in one of our comfortable minibuses. Larger vehicles are available for bigger groups at an additional cost.
Your tour includes hotel or cruise ship pickup and drop-off anywhere in Sydney, transportation in a modern air-conditioned vehicle, a friendly and experienced local guide, and all National Park and council entry fees. Lunch to be added after selection with approximate costs of $30-$40 per adult (children less).
The tour price does not include optional third-party activities such as wildlife parks, Scenic World or lunch. These experiences are entirely optional, and if your group would like to include them, we can still take you to these places as part of your day. You certainly don't need them to enjoy an unforgettable day in the Blue Mountains, and we've operated more than 2,500 Blue Mountains tours without third-party attractions and have earned countless five-star reviews from happy guests.
